1964 Ford Anglia 1200 super. Ermine white with goodwood green roof & side stripes. Beautiful little car in excellent condition. Very original with 54, 388 miles showing. Have the original 1964 registration book showing the first long term owner. 15 old tax discs 16 old MOT Certificates. (Last MOT Dec 2022). Small amount of past service history. Original wings, sills. Resprayed 5 years ago by previous owner. Still looks great. I have spent over £12, 000 on this vehicle (genuine garage invoices available to substantiate) Major mechanical overhaul inc. new inlet & outlet valves & conversion to unleaded petrol. Carburettor overhaul. Reconditioned steering box, complete clutch & brake overhaul. New rear leaf spring bushes & front tie bar bushes. Specialist overhaul to Speedometer including new cable. Four new good quality tyres. Original front & rear bumpers, wheel trims, all with good chrome. Door Handles, rear light surrounds, boot lid trims & handles all original but re chromed this year. ( invoice over £700). Interior in very good original condition. Solid underneath, I have cleaned & applied a thin layer of waxoly/ underseal. This car gets admired every time I take it for a drive. Very nippy, lovely gearbox with excellent brakes. This is part of my small car collection which I am now selling. (not an easy decision). Definitely worth viewing if your looking for a well sorted iconic Anglia. I’d appreciate serious enquires only, no nitpickers, please. Remember this is a 60 year old classic car so will not be perfect. Built in 1964, First long term Lady owner for over 20 yrs, 7 subsequent owners. I had a substantial amount of work carried out by a professional classic car garage (completed Dec 2022). At this time the vehicle was also MOT’d with no advisories. I have all the paperwork which details the extensive work carried out.
