Description
(Sorry for the bad photos, better ones will be coming)
Hello,
I am selling a 1966 Opel Rekord B L Coupé in a metallic blue.
The Car was bought in Germany this Summer. It wasn’t driven a lot from the previous owners but since then it’s been well driven without any big issues. I’ve brought it to Germany by ferry at the beginning from October.
It’s just received a new German nct (needed for all cars in Germany) and the work I did on it is:
-New 185 70 r13 All Season Tyres
-Break and Clutch Readjustment
-Some new steering stuff
-additional wheel set
(The ones mounted at the moment are the additional ones who have a more rustic look, they are slightly wider to fit 185s)
Things that were done before I had it were new clutch and a bunch of other stuff. I have all the receipts.
Known owners are 3 including me.
Other than that, the car drives really well, transmission is good, motor runs very smooth and starts every time.
Things that aren’t as great is that every now and again it’s leaking a drip or two of oil. And also the the scratch on the left side in the rear.
The interior is very good, seats are great, same goes for the wood and the rest.
The sunroof is genius, also not leaking and very rare.
Also rust wise, the car is very good, of course here and there is some minor stuff but really nothing serious.
Generally I doubt that there is another Rekord B in Ireland, and this one is a Coupe with 1. 9l, 90 ps, good power and the sunroof.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
