Plus I’ve just another £1, 000 in the last month I purchased the car as a non runner last owner had it sitting in his collection for nearly 5 years with cheap E10 fuel and not starting the car , the cars had new petrol tank fuel lines new tyres LED bulbs etc
The car now runs and ticks over but will need a good engine tune to run perfect the bodywork is nice but areas need some attention I’ve been quoted £1, 200 to sort all areas out
It was shipped new to New Zealand then imported to the UK in 1996 where the owner had it for years before turning into a show car before the last owner acquired it it’s got a delux Limebug air ride system re paint in Sahara beige mohair headliner Porsche Fuchs replica staggered wheel German weave oatmeal carpet , Okrasa race kit fitted with Fram filter Porsche 356 banjo steering wheel , Brenam genuine horn push , working LED semaphores, VDO cream 8 day clock ( very rare ) you get the idea I’ve only owned the car for 1 month always wanted an oval air cooled but unfortunately it just isn’t my thing can’t say anymore just being honest these cars go for 25-30k mark in this spec once sorted
The last owner paid £26, 500 in 20201 I’ve got proof of his purchase to much to list now reduced as need the garage space for new classic coming the car runs but wouldn’t want to go far in it as needs engine tuning
