Description
Jaguar S-type 3. 0 V6 Sport Manual.
It comes with 2 sets of wheels. The 17 inch multi spokes are currently fitted to the car with good tyres and plenty of tread all matching tomket sport dated 2023. It still passed it's MOT on the 16 inch ones shown in the other pictures and that's why there's an advisory for perishing as those tyres are a bit old.
One of the very first, being registered new in March 1999 T919MLE.
I am the 2nd owner from new.
1 previous elderly titled owner. This car spent most of it's life in London hence the low mileage. I have owned it for just over 2 years and I have done approx 5000 very enjoyable miles in it.
It had a new MOT in October 2025, valid to October 5th 2026 and had new front and rear suspension arms plus anti roll bar links all round.
It has very low genuine mileage of just over 64000 which can be varified on the govuk website under MOT history. It has the owners book pack but no service history as the car was bought from a deceased estate and it was lost. I have given it an oil and filters change myself.
Only selling as I have 3 cars.
The car runs and drives fine. Being the manual, it is fun to drive but also cruises along in 5th at 30 or 40 meaning it'll use less fuel than the auto because you can use the low down torque instead of the auto kicking down to a lower gear and wasting fuel. It'll also happily cruise along at 80+ when you want it to. Plus the manual is so much more reliable than the problematic autos!
It has the much rarer Ivory leather compared to the usual grey, beige or black leather.
Issues are as follows:
1. Both rear electric windows are not working.
2. There's a small dent on the drivers front wing that was done by the previous elderly owner.
3. The paint has some lacquer fading on the roof, bonnet and boot if you look close. Still a very presentable car for what will be a 27 year old car in a couple of Months time.
4. The headlining has been pinned up rather tidily by my wife who's into crafting.
5. The cloth trims on the front windscreen pillars have been glued as they were peeling off.
6. The near side rear internal door handle plastic trim surround is missing but can be found on ebay for around £10.
The S-type is becoming rarer by the day and the manual even more so. If this was perfect it would be a 5 to 6k car easily. Valued at £3406. I am asking £3000. Grab it before someone else does. These don't come along very often.
I am located in Hoo St Werbugh near Rochester in Kent. Please call or message Will to arrange a viewing. Thanks.
