The main photo was taken Sunday 7th December 2025.
Purchased late 2023, Imported from Sweden the year before. Only 2 owners in Sweden. Very original car. Still has original front and rear panels with tags, bonnet, doors, floors, boot floor, interior.
The sports seats are factory optional as shown on the rear panel tag. The factory optional sports steering wheel is present and will be included in the sale.
What I've done - new rear inner and outer arches, repairs to inner sill, new outer sills, new front wings (not a great fit but they are cheap pattern wings)
Bodywork and respray in factory Alpine White.
Full service to the engine including new water pump. Drained and new fluid to gearbox. New wheel bearings, new brakes etc, vented discs on front instead of solid discs. Powerflex front wishbone bushes and uprated rear axle bushes.
Fuel tank removed and cleaned up, new fuel lines and rubber hoses, new brake lines. New shocks with -60mm lowering springs although currently running on coil overs. The shocks and springs will be included.
7. 5" x 16" Lenso BBS reps with new 195/ 45/ 16 tyres with spacers front and rear to clear the coilovers. The arch lips have been folded up for clearance.
I also have the original 13" steels with winter tyres, but they are metal studded so unsuitable for UK use. Also included.
GTi front spoiler with aftermarket eyebrow spoiler.
Drift style steering wheel and 8 ball gearknob. The original gearknob and factory option sports steering wheel is present.
Original interior, seats, carpets, headlining, door cards and parcel shelf have no speaker holes.
The rear cards were unrestorable (I still have them, included) so I have made new rear cards to house the FLY speakers. JVC CD player in the dash.
Aftermarket GTi exhaust system with the tailpipe relocated to a straight position.
I know the rear wiper is in the wrong position but it's disconnected and I prefer it horizontal. The OCD in me.
The bumpers are modified late bumpers with the plastic covers removed.
I know I am not going to get my money back so I am firm at £8000. Please do not contact me unless you are genuinely interested.
It has been advertised before at higher prices but it has spent the last 7 months outside exposed to all weathers and the bonnet and tailgate are showing signs of spiderwebs and spots of rust, they were very rusty in the first place, but original. The bonnet still has it's original emissions decals on the underside.
I have only done about 300 miles in 2025. It is just not getting used and just sat outside.
October 2024 we went to France/ Belgium/ Germany/ Holland for a Theme Park road trip and it was faultless. No trouble whatsoever. Lots of headturning from the locals.
I'm starting a new business so the funds will help towards it. It is still insured with TAX and MOT exempt. I will be happy to deliver (drive) anywhere in England, Wales and Scotland as long as my fuel and train ticket home is covered for.
Folder of all the previous docs, receipts, taxing etc, original keys. I had new keys made up to protect the original keysOriginal condition, low owners, spent most it's life in Sweden. Chap owned it for 4 years from new then a Lady owned it for 34 years before it came to the UK. I have photocopies of all the original documents. Have original Swedish handbook etc
