1959 Series 2 Land rover for sale
Recently undergone a huge amount of work with no expense spared, some of which includes:
- Recent full engine rebuild, starts on the button and runs beautifully.
- Recent brake overhaul so it stops as well as it goes.
- Brand new wheels and off road tyres to give it an aggressive look and function better than intended off road (old set included in sale)
- Newly fitted canvas top which finishes it off nicely, ideal for any rainy day use.
It features from a cleanly trimmed black vinyl interior; in the rear, two folding benches are included for additional passengers.
In our opinion, it’s the best colour combination found on these old land rovers, whilst not being immaculate, it has a wonderful patina and compliments the black wheels and seats perfectly.
Unusually, it features its original chassis, which has expectedly had some repairs throughout its life but it presents in good solid condition.
Whilst MOT exempt, the vehicle will be sold with a fresh MOT for peace of mind.
