Description
For sale is a Triumph speed twin 500 OHV motorcycle from 1938. The motorcycle is in very nice condition, for an undemanding renovation or patina. The important thing is that it is completely complete. There are all the hard-to-find little things such as levers, original front and rear lights, horn, dc40 lamp, pressure gauge Triumph, ammeter and other parts, see photo. The parts are in nice condition. The engine can turn and has decent compression.
The motorcycle has old English Logbook but it is not registered., The frame and engine number are the same as the documents.

The Triumph speed twin is a legendary motorcycle. A parallel twin that determined the direction in the design of English motorcycles for the next decades. Our Jawa 500 ohc is also based on this concept.
For me, this is the best pre-war motorcycle to ride. The 28 horsepower engine is flexible and nimble and starts very well.
