Number 419 of just 800 production, full history, spare keys, genuine mileage of just 9380!
Genuine carbon fiber hugger and tank pannels, free breathing exhaust and intake, bike comes with Bluetooth service/ tune module.
Oiginally northern ireland registered now Irish registered and taxed, pics don't do this bike any justice, simply stunning example that was part of a private collection, actually resided in chaps living room so mint condition, zero corrosion or rust!
Recently recommissioned work done including inspection of oil pump gear which is as new, have pics, inspection of primary tensioner to see if newer improved one is fitted, it is and have pics, new battery, new rear shock, completely new front brake system Inc new master cylinder, braided hose, pads, rebuilt caliper, new wave disc and new mounting bolts, new billet front engine mount Inc new bolts and rubber isolator, all new oils, oil filter, plugs, all recall items replaced.
Although I love all buells, imho the X1 lightning is the cream of the crop!
I have ridden and worked on the later XB buells and Although great fun bikes, they feel tiny with a very cramped riding position, the X1 lightning has a perfect riding position with great comfort for those long rides!
This is a well sorted buell, can't say the same about others on the market!
Billet fuel cap saddle fitted Inc new O ring, as oem plastic one prone to locking you out of fuell tank!
New led taillight and indicators fitted

Allways wanted a genuine red stripe but they are just so rare, even the barber museum in America hasn't one and they have the biggest collection of buells anywhere!
But after a long wait I came across a stunning example and just love it, it's everything and more I thought it would be!
But now entering into my 50s I've some serious health issues that prevent me from enjoying my buell, and alas its time to let someone else enjoy this truly amazing bike
