For sale is our much-loved MGB Roadster, affectionately known as Kitty, finished in timeless Old English White with a striking red mohair hood.
We purchased Kitty in 2016 and in 2019 she underwent a comprehensive restoration, including a bare-metal respray to an excellent standard. At the same time she was fitted with new carpets and a superb quality red mohair hood, which complements the paintwork perfectly. New wire wheels recently.
She drives beautifully – exactly as an MGB should – smooth, responsive and great fun on the open road. The overdrive operates as it should, making longer journeys relaxed and enjoyable.
Over the past few years, significant work has been carried out with considerable money invested to maintain and improve the car properly. She has been cared for enthusiastically and it shows in both her appearance and the way she drives.
The car carries an agreed insurance valuation of £25, 000, reflecting her condition and the level of restoration undertaken.
