Description

The 911 came to Belgium in 2005 from the Netherlands. I bought the car in June 2006 in Belgium.

I cannot confirm how many previous owners the car had, but I believe I am the third owner, according to the Car-Pass documents. The recorded mileage can be seen in the photos.

In 2015, the car underwent a full body restoration (€25, 000). It was converted to Turbo look in steel (no polyester). New door and window rubbers were installed. The car has custom-built 17-inch rims with the correct ET value. It is fitted with a new SSI exhaust system and a new muffler with 2-in / 2-out configuration — it sounds amazing. It also has a Rennshift short shifter (imported from the USA) and a K&N air filter.

New Bilstein shocks (street version for Turbo) were installed, along with new heating valves. After the restoration, the underside was treated with a protective coating. The brakes were restored as well. Since the body restoration, I have driven less than 5, 000 km, and the car has been stored in my garage.

There is absolutely no rust. The car has matching numbers.

The engine had a rebuild shortly before I bought the car. Since then, I have driven approximately 90, 000 km. The engine is very reliable and has never given me any problems. With the car’s low weight, it feels like a rocket. Apart from the sport air filter, the engine remains original.

I am not a dealer, so I want to be honest. Sometimes the windshield wipers turn on by themselves. The passenger-side window does not go up or down — it is not the motor, but likely an electrical connection issue. When indicating to the right, the turn signal does not automatically return to center. These are minor defects. In the near future, the interior could use some refreshing.

Please see the photos for details.

During the years I owned the 911, all work and servicing were carried out by a Porsche specialist who is also an owner of a classic 911. I never went to an official Porsche dealer, as they are very expensive and often have less knowledge of the older models. Therefore, there is no official service book. Some of the work was done without official invoices. The car received a technical inspection certificate on 08-10-2018 with no defects noted (see photo). I have always taken great care of the car and treated it with love — I have never even done a single donut with it.

Some years ago, the ignition switch had a defect and was replaced with a 964-type ignition switch. There is one key for starting the car and three separate keys for the doors.
