New MOT (Feb26) with no advisories.
7 former owners. Near offers considered..
Quite a bit of previous history and receipts from last few years.
Original chassis just replaced (Feb26) with galvanised chassis plus bulkhead floor panels by 2CV specialist in Sussex. Plus some other work. Much new interior - seats / door cards from partial restoration a few years ago, also new tyres, refurbished carburettor, heat vents, battery.
Engine starts and runs well - great torque.
Some body/ door corrosion from being SORNed for last few years, but everything underneath has been checked during re-chassis work and further rust inhibited where needed. I have left bits of surface rust on wheels but there is corrosion on a couple of the doors and at the bottom of the boot. Finally, the fuel gauge needs attention - it was replaced a few years ago but now only moves to 'E' position with ignition on.
Free set of (untested) roof bars and spare petrol can in boot.
Currently based in Eastbourne - I am selling it for a friend who lives in Berkshire. Full documentation available (V5C)I sold this vehicle to a good friend after doing some resoration work. She used it for a year or so before storing it. Now she's selling it due to lack of space and I am managing that. Happy to explain full story on request...
