The car has now done 121k miles, which is less than 4000 miles per year. Overall condition is very good.
It has electric windows all round and an electric sunroof, with tilt and slide. The drivers door mirror is manual and the passenger is electric. Full closure with the key still works. The steering wheel is leather covered and the seats are manual adjustment. The car retains its original jack, tool kits and spare wheel, and original Mercedes floor mats.
The interior is in very good condition and the drivers seat is not torn and shredded like most examples are these days. The rear seat are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in. The car has never been smoked in.
It has had considerable bodywork repairs in all the usual W124 places and although I cannot claim it to be 100% rust free it is as good as they get nowadays. This included, front wings, sills and floor pan.
Recently replaced items are the exhaust system, driver window regulator motor, Drivers wing mirror mechanism, rear window scrapper seals, Bosch fuel pump and fuel regulator.
The reason for selling it that I just don’t use it anymore and I have far too many cars to look after properly. This car was first supplied by Hughes of Beaconsfield Limited on the 15th December 1992. It is finished in pearl grey metallic, with a grey fabric interior. The car retains its original Mercedes book pack, including its original service book, and has a very good service and repair history from new. I have owned this car for 15 years. All the keys are original and present.
