I have had new damper cases fitted with DU bushes, wiper seals (done 4 events) Rear – Bilstein shocks (done 7 rallies) with 10mm Lower Tarmac Springs. Camber washers fitted. Recently new Wheel Studs and nuts fitted. All Wheel bearings replaced (done 1 event) Suspension is stripped, checked, regreased, and rebuilt after every event.
Brakes (I upgraded these for 2023): Fluid: Castrol React SRF Racing Dot 4 Front: Astra GTE grooved discs with F4R Pads – really pleased with these! Rear: Alcon discs and pads (1 event) Twin reservoirs with bias adjustment Rear pressure limit adjuster in car Hydraulic Vertical lever Handbrake Interior: Most fitted new in 2021. Bolt in Roll cage with additional cross door bars. Mirco RS7 wrap around seats. 6-point TRS lightweight Belts – Hans suited 90% of the wiring was replaced in 2021. Dash has 4 dials (Fuel, Amps, Oil Pressure and Temp) with a center rev counter, all working. Additional Temperature gauge on the co-driver side. Newly fitted headlight switch and wiring to use higher watt bulbs. Electric Power Steering fitted with assistance adjustment (Corsa B) – I’ve moved the column 40mm to improve wheel position. New drivers foot plate and co-driver’s footrest (co-driver with horn button) Omex Rev limiter (Soft or hard limit) with optional Launch. OMP Deep dish steering wheel Intercom will be removed as it’s not mine Quick release scissor jack with welded wheel nut for quick use Warning Triangle Alloy door cards Heated rear windscreen. Poly side windows with sliders on door windows Extinguishers: Lifeline Plumbed in (4 nozzles in the cockpit and 4 in the engine bay) Recently replaced Pull Cables. Lifeline Handheld positioned in front of the co-driver’s seat. Both Extinguishers in date Wheels: 7 x 15 et42 Speedline Wheels with GTR2 tyres (e-marked) Part of a batch of 16 made specifically to improve the 195/ 50 tyre spread. Car runs with Wheel spacers (Machined to suit clearance and car track) Bodywork: 2 Door Shell Fibreglass front and rear wide arches Standard front and rear bumpers (modified to suit Arches) Sill Stand Tubes Aluminium Tank Guards Bonnet scoop Front flush aero bonnet catches with standerd rear catches.
