VW T2 Bay Window 1969 RHD Dormobile. First registered 12/ 06/ 1969. Historic vehicle so tax and MOT exempt. Lotus white bodywork with brilliant white roof and bumpers. Restoration work completed in 2025 including full interior, modifications, metal and paint work.
New 1600cc twin port engine covering around 200 miles since installed.
Vintage speed exhaust system.
Lowered beam ( currently on higher setting) and new suspension/ steering components.
CSP front disc brake conversion with dual remote brake servo for better stopping power.
All window and door seals replaced.
Good tyres all round.
Propex butane gas heater fitted.
CAN modern single gas hob and sink combination. ( old sink included with sale)
Original Flavel Radford 2 twin gas hob and grill still connected behind passenger seat.
New Air cooled Accessories steering wheel and horn push.

240v hookup under outside sill will sockets inside for campsite convenience.
Full elevating roof with new canvas and fittings ( red and white stripes).

Ready to be enjoyed by new owners. Bought a few years ago in tired condition with a few MOT faults in need of rescue. Cleaned up fresh interior and used for a while until I decided to take the step and further work began. It’s been a pleasure to own Sid, but now time for his new chapter.
