Classic plates on as I live in the Ulez zone. Original HR Owen plates will be supplied. First to see will buy as I brought this to see if it’s possible to own a RRC without having to pay over 40k and it is.
Improvements carried out by me
- new SS exhaust including manifolds
- new spark plugs
- new battery
- injection systems cleaned
- power resistor module refurbished to correct ohms
- hoses and clips renewed
- top hat removed and chamber cleaned out and resealed
- under body cleaned and treated
- new classic looking car stereo
- 2 new front speakers
- all 4 wheels refurbished and painted with the correct colour
- new ignition module
- new MSD 6AL ignition control to greatly improve spark output and RPM limits
The car starts all of the time every time
Drives really well and handles motorway travel with no issues. Those in the know that you have to drive these vehicles as a classic car and not a sports car and then the engine and gears work exactly how they should. It is a pleasure to just cruise at any speed.
The only 2 items that I have not had time to look at as they don’t bother me are -
1- central locking works but when unlocking the passenger door requires a key
2- passenger rear window button does not work but all other windows do.
