1938 Austin 12/ 4 New Ascot Cabriolet.
I have been told that there is as little as 3 of these in existence now!
The car has spent the last number of years in the ownership of an Austin Enthusiast in Northern Ireland where it has been kept in great running order. Has recently had head gasket replacement, head skimmed, radiator flushed and checked and a full service. The car is running very well indeed, starts very easily and driving great. The car appears to have been painted several years ago so it is an older paint job. The body is very sound. Chrome is in good condition. The leather seats are in good condition as is the door cards and headlining. The carpets as you can see in the photos is original and worn in places. Hood has no tears or rips, all working as it should and the interior lining of the hood is in very good condition.
