Description
Land Rover 110 Hi-cap Pick Up 4. 6 V8 Petrol. Stage 2. MOT/ Tax Exempt
High capacity pick up (HCPU)
Early Stage 2 production hi-cap pickup. according to the VIN it was within the first thousand off the production line.
I bought it as a non-running project with a damaged Perkins engine in. Since then I have spent a lot of time and money into making it a classic Land Rover with modern performance. The 4. 6 V8 was from a Range Rover P38 on 90k miles. The original ECU is still in place with diagnostic port.
The list below shows the amount of work gone into it. It sounds and moves like a V8 Land Rover should!
As you can see I’ve kept the body looking original as possible, but all the mechanicals/ running gear have been either repaired or replaced. The chassis is original and is solid.

I also have a new exmoor trim complete carpet set for the interior. I've not installed as didn't want to glue down, I thought its best to leave to the new owner to decide.
I’ve probably missed lots of the work done!
PX/ swaps possible.
Based in North Lincolnshire. Happy to deliver at cost. It's a really usable classic Land Rover but with modern performance.
It gives all the nostalgia of the original, whilst making an amazing sound and great motorway cruising speed and acceleration.
All the looks have been kept original, in-keeping with the early 110's, but everything you don't see have changed.
MOT and TAX exempt means lower running costs, but all the mechanicals being done, means it'll be free from work for years to come.
