Description
I am selling a 1964 Fiat 500 Giardiniera in perfect condition.
The car has undergone a complete restoration, including full body disassembly, sandblasting, bodywork, painting, and reassembly by a professional. Photos of the different stages are available.
Original Fiat bolts and electrical wiring. Whitewall tires.
Engine, gearbox, and running gear have all been fully refurbished.
The upholstery has been redone with a certificate of conformity for the material used (Vipla). Sunroof brand new.
The car is located in northern Italy (Verona) and is properly registered.
It will be delivered with a CRS certificate (Certificato di Rilevanza Storica), which is mandatory in Italy for any classic car.
Original plates available upon request, chassis number 119xxx.
The owner is Italian/ French and speaks English and Spanish.
Price negotiable, transport costs not included. The car was found in an old farmhouse in the country side and had belonged to a person who has since passed away. It was purchased from the family, who had kept it as a cherished heirloom.
Given its condition, I decided to fully dismantle the vehicle and restore it to its original specifications, faithfully respecting the fastening techniques of the period. For example, there are no plastic zip ties, nor any bolts that are not Fiat-branded.
Everything was done with great passion and care, with the aim of bringing this car back to the success it enjoyed in the 1960s.
It is a vehicle that can comfortably carry four people with a small amount of luggage. Very fun to drive, and the opening roof makes it especially appealing for those who want to enjoy it in Italy.
To enjoy the "Dolce Vita"!!
