Vw squareback everything on the car is original, 6 volts the only thing it as been lowered by one notch since in my ownership I have replaced the starter motor voltage regulator ht leads plugs and coil reason for sale there is a problem with starting the car. I think it is electrical or bad earth’s I have tried to sort this out but seemed to be banging my head against the brick wall. It is not a hard fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. We do not have specialist VW garages up here in the Northeast but when it does go it drives great would consider exchange something air cold. Built on the 12th of August 1963 makes it one of the oldest S model square backs out there was sold to a Germany based GI and then Mario imported it back to German Germany and put it in his private collection where it stopped for a number of years and then sold it on to someone in England there was no rust or rot in the Car engine was rebuilt by Mario in Germany
