Bought in February 2025 specifically to do the Moto Piston Event in Spain in September 2025 (the event has a 1980 age limit). The bike was serviced and two new tyres fitted as well as two new down pipes as the originals though fine did not match rest of the bike's condition. Bike ran faultlessly in Spain and mileage now is 11558. With very little use since October 2025. Judging by the DVLA record and the handlebars, this was an American import in May 2015 which probably explains the low mileage and overall very good condition. Only two minor faults both visible in the pictures. There is a small dent and paint chips on the LH lower side of the tank and the seam on the original seat cover would benefit from a proper repair. Bike is registered as Historic so tax and MoT exempt. This is the 5 speed manual version of the CB400 NOT the semi automatic version which though a nice bike only has the power of the 250. Good on fuel, averaging 70mpg in Spain. The video (see facebook ad) demonstrates how easily it fires up on the kickstarter but the electric start also works properly and the battery is fine. Need to reduce my collection of bikes and this one has served its purpose. Price negotiable but no silly offers please.
