Cadillac Fleetwood Coupe4. 9 V8 (300ci) (200hp when new)3 Speed automatic gearbox with overdriveThe Cadillac was exported from Detroit to Japan from new where it spent all of it's life until it was imported into the UK in 2018 by David Hendry Cars. During it's time in Japan the car was repainted from it's original white body colour to it's current colour of beige, the white vinyl roof had also been painted in a clay brown. It has had one previous owner in the UK prior to myself taking ownership just under 4 years ago, I do not know how many owners it had in Japan. I have as far as I am aware all of the importation documents and a good amount of receipts for parts and services, plus all the receipts for the parts I have purchased. It has passed every MOT since my ownership and currently has no advisories and 3 months M. O. T left. Paint work is ok and clean, not showroom condition. Most of the chrome work is pretty good for it's age with some scuffs to the corners. Vinyl roof has splits which are visible when close up, these are surface not deep. There is a small amount of paint bubble on the passenger side just under the vinyl roof ( this is shown in the pictures)There are no dents on the bodywork, however the drivers door lower panel has a couple of cracks in (these are shown in the pictures)All lights work including the both opera lights which are on the sides of the vinyl roof, these are quite hard to find working apparently. Seats 6 people (3 front / 3 rear) there is 3 x seatbelts in the frontBoth electric windows work. Both front seat electrics work, driver has memory and can be set to move back when you leave the car. Car has auto headlights that can be set to come on at dusk. See you home headlights that stay on for a set period after turning the ignition off. Soft close boot lid. Self levelling rear suspension. Climate control. Average MPG/ Miles left/ Gallons left all displayed on digital dash. Electric wing mirrors. Chromatic rear view mirror. Each wing has a set of 3 lights to show whether any bulbs have gone in your headlights or indicators (these are quite trick as they use fibre optic cables to transfer the light from the bulb to the wing display) There are two lights inside the cabin above the rear window that show whether the rear brake lights are working. Original thick pile car mats. Cup holders (these are in the arm rest and fold out)CD and cassette storage in the arm rest. Comes with one ignition key and two door keysCadillac handbookThere are a couple of burn marks to the fabric on the front seats, these were in he car when I brought it as I do not smoke. The car does not smell of smoke. Possible work to do in the future if required:Brakes front and rear (not an advisory)Drivers side door repairWindow sweeps could do with being replacedI have found parts are reasonably easy to get hold of and quite reasonably priced using Rockauto. Everywhere you go the car turns heads and creates conversation. The large majority of these models where built and sold with the leather interior making this quite a unique find with having velour fabric seats. There were approximately 894 of the coupes built in 1991 of which I am sure not many made it to the UK. I have yet to see another one!
