Description
Beautiful BMW e30 318i convertible for sale in alpine white, with the rare blue roof matched with blue leather sport interior.
She has 2 previous owners and comes with FSH, in September 2025 the car had a new timing belt, water pump, major service, new front and rear discs and pads, new shocks, new rear top bushes and exhaust. She currently has 101309 miles and may go up slightly.
She is in lovely condition for her age but not perfect, the wheels are in great condition with the correct wheel centres and as new tyres, the paintwork is lovely but there is the odd small dent here and there but nothing really noticeable without close examination, the drivers side mirror cap is bubbling, which us common on these.
The engine bay is in amazing condition and the car starts first time and drives perfectly, there are no bumps or knocks, no smoke etc., the car brakes spot on and has just had the steering bush changed, so steers perfect.
The interior is in good condition, however the blue leather is cracked and I have softened it using neatsfoot oil, and my intention was to fill the cracks and redye the leather next year, there are no rips or tears. the dash has the common crack issue, but I purchased a moulded dash cover, which looks really good in my opinion.
A new blue roof has been purchased and will be fitted to the car on the 10th July.
Please note the lack of MOT history is due to the car living most of its life in Jersey and they don't have an MOT test, however the file of paperwork shows the car has been looked after.
The current MOT is till the 9th September but am willing to renew now for the buyers peace of mind.
I bought her last September when I was looking for the right e30 cabby, or a mercedes SL R129 or a A124 convertible and as soon as this was advertised, within 2 hours I secured her by placing a deposit with the private seller, who bought a amazing green e30 C2. 7 cabby. Then approx 1 month I received an update email from an advert for a SL320 I was watching and the price had dropped by £3k, so I bought her too (as on one of the pics), and stored them both at a classic car storage facility over the winter, now having enjoyed both cars, myself and my wife have decided to keep the SL, as it is an auto and the V6 is so smooth and as we plan on touring, it just seems the sensible choice, so the e30 has to go. She is a real head turner, people stop me to take pics of her and she gets loads of compliments when sat at traffic lights or cars coming in the opposite direction giving me the thumbs up.
