As Jaguar prepared to launch the all-new aluminium-bodied XK in 2005, it introduced a limited run of highly specified ‘Final Edition’ models to mark the end of X100 production. Of the final 500 cars produced, just 200 were built as XKR Final Editions, making them among the rarest and most desirable variants of the breed. These cars represented the ultimate evolution of the X100 platform. The Final Edition specification was exceptionally generous, incorporating many previously optional extras as standard. Features included Xenon headlights, heated electric seats, power-folding mirrors, Bluetooth connectivity, factory satellite navigation, an upgraded 320W sound system, CATS adaptive suspension, red brake calipers and cross-drilled brake discs. This particular example is in impressively original condition throughout. Supported by a substantial service history, MOT until April 2027, it has covered 91, 974 miles and presents as a very well-maintained and increasingly collectible example of Jaguar’s supercharged grand tourer.
