Description
All our vehicles are rigorously checked before they’re put up for sale: more than 70 inspection points are verified (mechanicals, chassis, bodywork, interior and accessories) + a full road test carried out by our workshop manager.
Each vehicle also benefits from an engine compression check and/ or a cold oil pressure test (depending on technical possibilities).
Our vehicles are prepared in our specialist workshop for classic, sports and prestige cars.

Model history:
Introduced in 2006 to replace the aging XK8, the new XK generation marked a stylistic revival for JAGUAR.
Still inspired by the Type E, the XK keeps the spirit: a long bonnet hiding noble and powerful mechanics, a sensuous, feline shape with smooth curves, excellent build quality and very high levels of comfort.
As is customary at JAGUAR, this new XK generation is offered as a coupé or convertible at a highly competitive price, allowing it to go head-to-head with the long-standing rivals: PORSCHE 911, ASTON MARTIN DB9 and BMW 6 Series.
For gentleman drivers who enjoy high performance, JAGUAR later offers an even more potent version of its XK thanks to the adoption of an EATON volumetric supercharger: the XKR. Output rises significantly, from 298 bhp to 416 bhp. A few aerodynamic elements help distinguish it and strengthen the look: air intakes on the engine bonnet, 4 exhaust outlets, 20" specific wheels and a large-brake BREMBO kit.
To satisfy an increasingly demanding clientele in terms of exclusivity, JAGUAR launched in 2008 a limited run of 200 units called the XKR-S, intended only for the European market. Available in a single colour, “Ultimate Black Metallic”, the XKR-S is the fastest JAGUAR ever produced since the XJ200. Slightly reworked mechanics allow it to gain 30 km/ h in top speed, helped by an optimised chassis and aerodynamics: spoiler, side skirts and rear diffuser “Gun Grey Metal”, forged Vortex 20” wheels, 6-piston Alcon R brakes and larger-diameter discs.
Bodywork / Exterior:
The vehicle shown here is a JAGUAR XKR-S 4. 2L from August 2008 in its original “Ultimate Black Metallic PEL” colour (matching colour).
The bodywork is in near-new condition and the original paint shows an even gloss and tight finish. After a professional polishing carried out by our workshop, we noted only very slight stone chipping on the lower edge of the bonnet.
The bumpers are free from any defects, notably thanks to the presence of front and rear parking assistance.
The same applies to the specific XKR-S aerodynamic kit.
We noted a few rubbing marks on the front lower bumper lip, as is often the case on sports vehicles.
The 4 forged “Vortex” 20" wheels are in good condition; we noted only slight rubbing marks around the edges.
All fitted with MICHELIN Pilot Sport tyres showing 10% wear at the front and 10% at the rear.
Among the interesting options and exterior equipment fitted to this car, we noted:
The forged “Vortex” 20" wheels, front and rear parking sensors, and the specific XKR-S aerodynamic kit.
Interior:
The full leather interior “Charcoal” with “Ivory” stitching retains its strict original configuration. The overall presentation is in excellent condition.
The heated, electrically adjustable sport leather seats are in excellent condition, with no rips or discolouration. The seat bolsters show no scratches or sagging.
The dashboard and its top panel, also trimmed in leather “Charcoal” with “Ivory” stitching, show no retraction, distortion, discolouration or scratches.
The same applies to the matching door cards.
All comfort and navigation equipment is functioning perfectly.
The “Black Piano” trims are in excellent condition, with no scratches, discolouration or cracks.
The original “Charcoal” carpets are protected by bespoke stitched “XKR-S” over-mats. The set shows no signs of wear or discolouration.
Among the interesting options and “Interior” equipment this example is equipped with, we noted:
Electrically adjustable memory seats with lumbar support adjustment, full leather interior covering “Charcoal” with “Ivory” stitching, “Piano Black” decorative trims, colour touchscreen GPS with European mapping, automatic air conditioning, electrochromic interior mirror, and steering-wheel controls.
Chassis:
When the vehicle is raised on the lift, it confirms a solid body with no accident damage and no structural corrosion.
The fundamentals—floor pans, side sills, longitudinals and wheel arches—are in excellent condition.
Note on usage: by principle, we cannot guarantee that alignment is perfect beyond its good visual and functional condition confirmed during the road test and on the lift.
During the dynamic test, we found no abnormal noises from the body or running gear (ball joints, silentblocks, etc.).
The braking is well aligned, stable and strong, with no vibrations or abnormal noises.
The brake discs show 30% wear at the front and 20% at the rear.
The brake pads show 20% wear at the front and rear.
The pre-delivery technical inspection carried out by our workshop will also confirm correct operation of the entire system.
Engine / Transmission:
The original Jaguar service book confirms regular servicing at Jaguar dealerships and brand specialists (invoices: €9, 342).
The mechanicals are working perfectly.
The V8 starts immediately and idling is stable, as confirmed by the 360° video filmed with the engine running and available at the start of the slideshow.
The original EATON supercharger produces no rolling noise, no whistling and no air leaks.
Idling is stable and the engine doesn’t overheat.
The road test confirms a vehicle in perfect mechanical condition.
The automatic gearbox engages and selects all 6 gears normally, with no abnormal noises, no excessive slip and no harsh shifts / delays.
As is often the case with older mechanicals, engine/ gearbox/ differential sealing remains average.
