Description
This is my 2004 MG TF – A lovely car that I've owned twice. I sold it to a friend and bought it back from him, but life is changing and I need to simplify my car collection somewhat.
The car is a TF 135 and it looks great overall, but with some minor cosmetic flaws. There's some paint deterioration and lacquer damage and the door handles need repainting, but it looks pretty decent overall and polishes up well. Critically, there's none of the sill-end or wheelarch corrosion you see on the model.
It has a massive folder of history going back to the original bill of sale, including the critical multi-layer head gasket replacement that you should look for on any MG TF. It's also got stainless steel coolant pipes under the floor.
It drives superbly – a really tight and fun TF to drive. Tyres are all pretty fresh, everything works apart from the central locking, and it has a bluetooth stereo. Interior is tidy, underside is superb, the roof is good and it even comes with a tonneau cover.
MOT value until July 2027, so it's ready to use and enjoy. I'll miss it, but either this goes or my lovely maroon MGF, and I want to keep the F.
I also have a factory hardtop in black, which is available by separate negotiation.
