GILERA SATURNO 500 BIALBERO. A very rare and Beautiful single cylinder 500 twin cam. First registered in UK in May 1992 and covered only 14, 000 kilometres. This is a UK registered bike, not an import. I have only owned this bike for a short while. Purchased from a collector who was downsizing his stable. The bike is now fully recommissioned, including new fork seals, new radiator fan switch, new oil and coolant system flushed and cleaned. The bike has previously been kept in centrally heated storage, so no corrosion. Fuel Tank and Radiator internals are spotless. Bike is in very good condition. This bike does not suffer with the usual cracked side stand mounting brackets and broken tabs on the seat section. The Gilera has a full 12 months MOT. I have covered between 180 and 200 miles since the MOT and considering that I am 5’11” tall is surprisingly roomy for a small bike. My reason for selling is that I recently retired and had the preconception that I want to downsize to a lighter bike. But the reality is that now I have more spare time to ride, I want a bigger bike with pillion seat and I don’t have space to keep everything.
