Displayed on HJ Mulliners stand at the 1960 London Motor Show and delivered new to Macready's Metal Co Ltd of London N11 via Jack Barclay Ltd and registered as '786 BGK.
The extensive history file contains numerous invoices for work carried out by various specialists over the years, testifying to all its owners' fastidious approach to maintenance.
It includes bills for a full specialist engine rebuild in 1997 costing £16, 000. Since then the interior has been re-trimmed and extensive mechanical refurbishment undertaken. In addition, Goudhurst Service Station completed annual services from 2011 to 2016 costing £7, 000. More recently, the Bentley has been looked after by renowned marque specialists, Frank Dale & Stepsons, and Mulsanne Motors Edinburgh some £25, 000-plus being spent since 2017.
The car was repainted in its original Sage Green exterior colour in the 1990s.
Starting, running and driving very well.
In a private Bentley collection since 2018. Used and enjoyed over the summer months.
