1951 Douglas 80 PlusThis is a rare bike but does need some work. The main problem is a crack in the crankcase around the left barrel, and a bend in the rear number plate and mudguard. Only one correct silencer, the other is a cheap replacement after the original fell off. rebored to +40, with new LDMCC pistons and rings. NOS Valves, guides and springs, including the rare terry triple valve springs. Currently running Amal concentrics, I have the original carbs but not the float bowls. The luggage rack is not original, but can be unbolted, no modifications made to fit it. Very rare double sided 2LS brake, i. e. 4LS overall, pretty powerful. Excellent paint in original Maroon and Silver.
