Aston Martin DB7 i6 Alfred Dunhill Edition — 1 of 12 RHD Volante Ultra-Rare with 59, 200 miles (in regular use and will go up)
One of only twelve right-hand drive Volantes built in this special Alfred Dunhill edition. It was an overall limited edition of 150 Coupes and Volantes but it is thought fewer than 80 were built. Cost new, I believe to be around £120, 000. This DB7 presents in very good condition throughout and drives beautifully — smooth and responsive keeping in mind that it is 28 years old.
## History & Condition
- Good service history by AM specialists, 5 owners (last lady owner of 8 years) with MOT valid to end of January 2027
- Last MOT noted a front brake imbalance advisory, resolved with a refurbished calliper (part exchange) and new pads
- The previous six MOTs were passed with no advisories
- Underside inspected personally — solid, with no rot or evidence of prior repair
## Work Carried Out Since Purchase (January 2026)
A comprehensive round of fluid and mechanical servicing has just been completed:
- ** Cooling system:** flushed, with new Borg & Beck thermostat and gasket
- ** Intercooler:** flushed
- ** Supercharger oil:** replaced (old oil inspected and found to be in good condition)
- ** Engine oil:** replaced with Castrol GTX, plus new oil filter and sump washer (old oil was in good condition)
- ** Automatic gearbox:** purged using 15 litres of Dexron III, with new filter, seal, sump gasket and sump washer (old fluid looked good)
- ** Brake fluid:** replaced (old fluid tested and within spec but tested amber rather than green)
- Differential. ** oil previously replaced at 36, 000 miles: I do have the correct oil to replace again
There are no fluid leaks
## Interior
Very good throughout, with no damage or repairs to seats or panels. The carpets are in very good condition.
The driver’s door doesn’t click to stay open
## Bodywork & Wheels
Bodywork is beautiful with a light mark on front bumper quarter. Wheels are finished to a high standard and fitted with a good set of Pirellis all round — the fronts look close to new.
##Hood
Operates perfectly. Mohair in excellent condition as is the faux suede on the inside. Just a couple of nicks on one rear quarter where hood folds.

- Two keys supplied: standard key and red emergency key
- Working key fob
- Pioneer CD Player (BT with additional adapter)
- Main Battery appears recently replaced and holds charge even after several days of not being used
- Alfred Dunhill DB7 Handbook and Service folder.
## Reason for Sale
Reluctantly selling due to loss of garage space (now needed for family storage for the foreseeable future) — not wanting to leave a car of this quality outdoors over winter.
I am a classic \ Jaguar enthusiast having owned a DB7 coupe, several E-Types, XJS’s, XKR’s plus others over the years. Owning and driving an Aston Martin DB7 Volante is immensely satisfying but having this particular rare model is very special indeed.
