I'm selling my 2001 BMW Z3 2. 2i 6-cylinder in Dakar Yellow, with black leather interior. It's a lovely, increasingly rare modern classic that I've owned since 2012 and have always treasured. It has been garaged throughout my ownership. It passed its recent MOT (September 2026) with no advisories.
The reason for sale is simply that I'm moving overseas.
The car is a particularly nice specification, including the M Sport package, with M-Tech leather steering wheel and gear shifter. It also has the original factory wide-body setup, with the wider rear track and rear arches, which gives the Z3 a great stance. It sits on the factory-recommended staggered 17-inch wheels, with 225/ 45 tyres at the front and 245/ 40 at the rear.
The roof was replaced in September 2022 and is in excellent condition.
For longer trips, there is a stainless-steel luggage rack fitted to the boot. It's a really useful addition but can be removed easily without leaving any damage or modification to the car.
The car has some stone chips, a scuff on the front bumper lip, and some small scuffs on the alloy wheels.
