I'm delighted to offer for sale on behalf of my customer a beautiful, exceptionally special and very rare: 'round tailight,' 1973, Right Hand Drive, BMW 2002 Baur "Top Cabriolet."
Only 206 of these cars were produced by BMW who in partnership with the renowned Stuttgart based coachbuilders: Karosserie Baur, hand built her.
In the current family ownership from new in 1973, bought by the mother and passed on to her son in 1990 when she was stripped/ painted/ restored.
Overall a very nice example, with original drivers manual, receipts and history showing a wonderful 53 years of care and love.
Being an older restoration she has a great 'original looking patina' and drives well.
The interior is beautifully original and the roof in great condition.
She will come with a full MOT.

This wonderful car is a very very desirable and collectable model taking into account the low numbers produced, making it an excellent investment, its scarcity making it highly insulated from the classic car highs and lows.
