For sale is my beautiful xj40 (kate) she has been in my family for roughly 28 years, previously owned by my father who very meticulously restored her to a very high standard around 20 years ago, she has been very well looked after so is in incredible condition still, she is a 1987 sovereign model 3. 6 engine with automatic gearbox and only 58k on the early digital clocks which all work correctly, the car is black with rare isis blue interior. All wood inside is also in great condition. The car has the sort after 16 inch lattice wheels also in good condition. She has recently been serviced, new rear shock absorbers, diff bearings and rear brake pads. The car has had quite a few upgrades such as rear parking sensors, reverse camera, freeview TV, satnav, 3 Tvs, 2 of them fold down from the headlining electrically via a jaguar sunroof switch, the paintwork is in beautiful condition and also boasts a custom jaguar leaper airbrushed into the side in pearlescent paint which is only really visible in direct sunlight, the pinstripe is also airbrushed in. Although she is a jaguar I have fitted all daimler trims as I prefer the "FLUTED" design as the jaguar ones look rather plain in my opinion, i have original jaguar grill and boot plinth if the buyer wishes to change her back.
