Auto in white, 126. 5k miles
Usable classic, ULEZ compliant, tax and MOT exempt
Been used as my daily runaround and has proved reliable, selling as I need an estate. It's by no means a show winner, there is evidence of previous welding, some filler and a respray but it polishes up to a reasonable shine. There is room for improvement or could just be used as is for a bit of comfortable fun.
Unfortunately the service history has been lost but the MOT history confirms the mileage for the last 20 years
The good bits:
The interior is in great condition with undamaged MB Tex in black. The dash and dials are tidy and the roof lining looks like new.
The engine is strong with good oil pressure, it starts on the button and drives really nicely due to the fuel injection and power steering
Recent new exhaust and battery
Things to improve
Would benefit from a good service
The vacuum system has a leak so the central locking does not work properly - needs a bit of time with a vacuum tester to trace
The o/ s bonnet spring mount has snapped so the bonnet is only sprung one side
The exhaust shield rattles in reverse
Part of the front underside of the bonnet has been repaired with filler which is cracked so could do with a plate being welded in
The car is fitted with AC which isn't running cold and the fan switches are partially seized so although they work, they would benefit from replacing
I've described the car as honestly as I can and I have listed it for what it owes me
