Smooth and quiet drive - everything works as it should Recently serviced and ready to enjoy Solid underside with no rust issues. Everything is original. Being a very late model, first registered on 15th March 1996, makes it one of the desirable Celebration run-out models built to mark Jaguar's 60th anniversary. Power therefore comes from Jaguar's 4. 0-litre AJ16 straight-six engine, and its spec includes electric leather seats and mirrors, airbags, diamond-turned alloys and Celebration-specific interior trim. These late models also benefit from a galvanised bodyshell.
I purchased the car just over a year ago after looking for a particularly nice late XJS. During my ownership it has been used sparingly, cared for and enjoyed as a weekend classic alongside my other cars. I've now decided to sell simply because I have several classics and can't give each of them the use they deserve.
For me, the combination of the Celebration specification, Morocco Red colour, cream interior and the fact that it comes from the very end of XJS production is what makes this particular Jaguar stand out.
According to Jaguar Heritage production records, this is one of only six XJS Celebration convertible 2+2 produced in Morocco Red with cream trim.
