Final development incarnation of the straight six motor in the form of the AJ16 with coil packs and a punchy 238BHP and a recently overhauled auto box.
Complete with full size spare wheel, a space saver and two sets of keys, Security is taken care of by way of a Cat 1 Scorpion alarm/ immobiliser linked to the central locking.

How does it drive?
Imagine a standard car but better, superior suspension, improved exhaust tone and HID headlamps offering hugely improved night-time visibility.
The restoration included full adjustable suspension, brake, and steering renewal, tuned stainless steel exhaust system cavity wax injection and an upgraded audio system.
Since then, ongoing maintenance has been exemplary. Multiple services, re-chromed bumpers, new front and rear springs, new radiator, front brake discs and pads, new radiator, new Pirelli Cinturato tyres and most recently a gearbox overhaul at a cost of £1800.

Why this one?
Because someone else had blown their brains out already, spending over £30k on a restoration in 2015 with Jaguar specialists KWE and a further £20k since then!!
The car comes with a certificate from KWE signed by the Managing Director, Chris Knowles, to confirm it was rebuilt and restored by them.

NB. 23 years ago when, we were all handsome and the vehicle was recorded as a Category D Insurance Loss. The report states ‘Vehicle Damaged but Repairable’ no further information is available.
