Description
Renault Clio RS 200 Raider – Limited Edition – Stealth Grey. Renault Clio RS 200 Raider, No. 6, finished in Stealth Grey with 87, 900 miles (will increase as using it). A rare car, with only 28 Raiders believed to have been supplied to the UK and just 17 in Stealth Grey.
Mechanically, it’s excellent. Around 5, 000 miles ago, the gearbox was refurbished and the clutch replaced by the dealership I purchased it from. It drives extremely well, with no unusual noises or issues and everything feels tight and exactly as it should.
The cambelt/ dephaser will likely be due at the next service and I’ve taken this into account with my expectations on price. There are absolutely no signs of any undue noise or issues from it. It would simply be prudent preventative maintenance given the age and service interval.
The interior is in good condition, with some wear to the driver’s seat bolster. Externally, there are a few age-related blemishes and a small scratch, but overall it presents very well for its age. Alloys are completely unmarked.
Specification includes cruise control, DAB connectivity and climate control, which blows nice and cold. The tyres also have plenty of tread remaining.
I’m only considering selling because it has become my daily driver, and I don’t really want to keep adding unnecessary mileage to what is becoming an increasingly rare car. That said, I’m in no hurry to sell. It’s a fantastic car and anyone who knows the RS200 will know just how special these are.
I have owned plenty of sports cars over the years, and this little hot hatch is genuinely more enjoyable than many of them.
For me, the Raider strikes a brilliant balance. It isn’t quite as uncompromising as the Cup, so it’s a much nicer place to spend time, with a higher quality feel, while still retaining all of the character, involvement and sharpness that makes the RS200 such a great driver’s car.
It also benefits from a comprehensive service history and has clearly been well looked after throughout its life. A full service, including spark plugs, was carried out in November 2025, along with wheel alignment and tracking.
