Cannot believe how nippy this is. Had Honda Dominators, DR Bigs etc, but this is super handling and braking and very quick. When wound up it can fly.
Top gear has an overdrive thing going on. Ideally need 4k to get into top, then it can deal with main road cruising with no stress at 75/ 80. Better than DR750/ 800s have owned. Geared at 15/ 43. If doing lot of trail riding can get standard 52 rear, or 14 front.
Has had fresh oil, filter, and battery. Long MOT. Has had a water pump at some point so cooling is fine. Have given it a good long ride.
New cam belt...... can fit in about 20 mins, and only £25 for quality replacement Dayco.
Bought it as a project to maybe keep until ABR next year, but buying another Harley i have seen.
All electrics etc are fine. Have standard can if want, but it weighs a ton, and Arrow sounds much more like a single should. Fires up on the button and runs clean. Future classic for sure. Something different.
There is a stress crack in the seat, but have made waterproof with super glue. Have a seat pad as well for it. Tap only seems to operate in one position. Have not bothered chasing as always check against trip/ miles old school anyway.
Have workshop manual. Also bought the puller you need to get alternator rotor off when changing belt etc. Have gaskets for both cases.
Just had the starter sprag out when did the belt and replaced the weak garter spring with new one, so get super solid starting. All components no wear. Replaced gasket, removed weepy/ crazed sight glass with bespoke steel plate..... could not read it anyway. Once filled with 2. 2L oil it will be fine until next change.
Come to Leominster station and ride home, or i can get pro delivery arranged for 120 upwards, depending where you at.

Cannot over state how smooth and brisk this bike is. Had loads of singles, trail bikes and sports...... raced a Dave Camier 500 Honda back when the 4 stroke single cylinder class came in, about when Noah was in his boat, but the design of this engine is top class.
Had no problem with parts. Nordwest and RC600 have excellent forum etc. Pricing at break even, just need funds back in place for new bike.
