Description
This Mini Cooper is from the final year of Mini production and is in beautiful condition, finished in black with a white roof and stripes. The interior features black half-leather upholstery and is also in great condition.
Owned by BMW/ Rover until approximately 2005; used, among other things, as a display vehicle for the 2005 Mini United Festival.
Imported to Germany in 2007, where it has since been kept in a private collection and driven only very sporadically.
The total mileage of just 10, 001 miles shows that the Mini was used only as a hobby car.
A total of 528 right-hand-drive units were built; of these, 53 were finished in black. The Mini retains its original paintwork throughout, as verified using a paint thickness gauge.

As one of the last Rover Minis, it featured a number of upgrades that made the car much more drivable, including revised gear ratios for better highway driving. Reliability was significantly improved by a fuel injection system, and safety was enhanced by the addition of a driver-side airbag. All in all, a fantastic piece of Mini history that’s worth a closer look.
