Description
For sale my 2004 BMW 325i Sport.
Bodywork
Very solid and I'd say superb condition given the age and mileage of 117k. It really does look stunning with only very minor odd marks here and there. Needs to be seen in sunlight to be appreciated!
No rust to arches or wings!
Small scratches to offside lower rear bumper
Interior
Excellent condition with no rips, tears etc to the leather seats.
Air con blows cold and all the usual electrics work as they should.
Heading solid and clean, no sagging.
Original tool kit and torch
2 x keys
Slight creaking to drivers seat from age. Never looked into this but I'm sure there's an easy fix.
Mechanical
I've done a lot of work to get it driving like it left the factory. Including:
Front springs
Front shocks (Sachs)
Front control arms (Meyle HD)
New anti roll bar links (Febi)
Refurbished steering rack (correct purple tag)
New inner and outer steering arms and ball joints
New front discs and pads (Brembo)
New rear shocks (Sachs)
New rear top mounts (Meyle)
New rear control arm bushes (Meyle)
New rear brake pads (Brembo)
Professional 4 wheel alignment to BMW spec
It now rides, handles and brakes like new. The brakes in particular are as good as my brand new BMW I4!
Creaky upper ball joint on the rear suspension that I've not got round to replacing yet. I have the set of bushes which I'll include in the sale and will be a simple job. Doesn't spoil the car or drive but that were the last few things I wanted to complete but never got round to doing.
Engine
Smooth, quiet and still pulls well. In my time it's had:
2 x oil and filter services
Fuel filter
6 spark plugs
Vanos unit rebuild with new seals
Valve cover gasket
New starter motor
CCV system replaced
Inlet manifold gaskets
Intake boot (known for splitting)
Coolant flush
New power steering fluid (correct BMW)
There are no fault codes or warning lights on the car at all.
Gearbox/ Clutch
Still nice and smooth with no slipping or unwanted noises.
No evidence of replacements so assume original clutch

It's an old car but a definite modern classic that looks and drives lovely. Well worth keeping in this condition and continuing to care for as there are very few like this left and I can't imagine many at all with so many new parts.
Any questions feel free to ask and viewings welcome. I have videos walking arounhd and of engine running that I can share on request.
I've owned it for about 2 and a half years as part of a wider car collection that I really need to trim down. Two small children mean I don't get the time to use my cars so it's time to move a couple on.
In my time it's been a garage queen and done very little miles. It's been kept warm and dry in my garage and had lots of polish but its time someone actually got to drive it.
The previous owner to me had it for 6 years and also barely drove it. It was also kept in a heated garage then and it shows because the usual rusty arches are completely absent here!
