An absolutely superb looking and sounding 2000 Alfa Romeo GTV 3. 0 V6 in grey with blue leather interior. 107k miles, MOT til June 2027.
I first owned this car in 2003 and bought it back in March this year to celebrate an anniversary and relive a trip down to Cornwall with the car. Sadly I just don’t have the space to keep it long term and it’s a shame for it to be outside over winter.
Overall, the car is in good condition with age related aesthetic marks but with significant work completed on the mechanical side in the previous owners 7 years of ownership with extensive receipts for all work completed by McLennan's Garage Alfa Specialist near Edinburgh. The car has just had a new alternator, auxiliary belt and oil service at Codicote Motors.
The car has a stainless Wizard Exhaust system (back and middle sections). Apart from that and a Sony Xplod head unit it’s standard.
Some of the work recently completed on the car includes:
- alternator, belt and oil service (Oct 26)
- Brand new cam-belt (June-24)
- Rear brake kit (June-25)
- 4x Goodyear F1s (June-24), tyres have done 1, 100 miles
- Underseal by Preserve and Protect (Oct-2019)
Car includes 2 keys plus the important 'code' key.
The teledials are in great condition and look brilliant along with the spoiler.
Exterior paint is slightly peeling on the front right corner and there are a few chips around the nose. The central arm rest inside the car has several scuffs and the driver's seat has age related marks. The heated rear screen does not heat. The radio aerial does not go up and down. These are fairly typical 916 GTV issues!!
These are great cars, with this one being a CF2 model built by Pininfarina in early 2000. A lot of car for the money with arguably one of the best sounding V6 engines ever made.
