TVR Tamora 3. 6 Starmist Red Rebuilt Engine.
I am unfortunately listing my TVR Tamora for sale due to work commitments meaning I’ve not had time to get it back on the road with an mot frustratingly. I am spending more time in the office than at home..
It has had the engine rebuild with an invoice totalling £7, 500 with python racing including an extensive list of work undertaken to the engine.
I have changed the fuel pumps and the car starts lovely and sounds good, and had the chassis cleaned up and wax oiled. I have a video for anyone interested and photos of the chassis. I also got the passenger side door ecu module replaced for £100.
As above, main history to note comprises many MOTs and;
- 2026, Refurbished door ecu module, 2x fuel pumps, chassis cleanup and under seal, polished
- 2019, full engine rebuild, dashboard repair, heater fan control switch, change both the front headlight units, exhaust mounts (£7, 483. 20)
- 2014, new starter motor/ service etc (£398. 60)
- 2013, new rear Bilstein shock absorbers + bushes (£369. 53)
- 2012, carriage charges and ribbon cables, repair dash ecu (£247. 22)
- 2011, clutch, gearbox service, wax oil etc (£1, 561)
- 2010, reconditioned steering rack, S/ H dampers and springs, stepper motor, powder coat rocker cover, thermostat, LCD screen, alternator, throttle cable, engine mounts, fuel pipes etc (£3, 705. 91)
Stainless steel exhaust £333. 12.
I just haven’t had time to put it through a mot and have too much else going on.
