Bought new by a lady and sold at 99, 000 km to a friend of her son. This second owner collects rather sporty cars (Porsches), so he decided to part with it. Living in Provence and looking for an original convertible, I jumped at the chance. What a pleasure it is to drive through this marvellous region in this kind of car, greeted with admiration by everyone we meet. Its late-'90s styling reminds many people, us included, of our youth. My wife no longer wanting the spartan comfort of our Golf, I decided to part with it after nearly fifteen years behind its wheel.
