VW Motorsport built (VWM*** chassis number) and ran by Spanish works team (SEAT Sport) in the Spanish Rallye Championship back in the day with very good results.
The car has always been kept in its original Factory Gr. A specifications and serviced in recent years, competing in a few historic and Legend type rallyes. It’s in full working order.
Safari specifications but actually on tarmac suspension. Original Sachs Safari suspension will follow the car.
There are lots of period photos and documentation of the car, this is a genuine ex factory Group A rally car.
