I've decided to sell my Honda NTV650, as it just doesn't get enough use. In fact, it's only covered just over 1200 miles in the 12 years that I've owned it.
Although the odometer is showing 7700 miles, it has in fact covered just over 100, 000 miles.
It is MoT'd until 13th August 2027.
It was originally owned by a newspaper group in Gloucester. During the two years that they owned it, it covered 80, 000 miles and was serviced every 4000 miles by the supplying dealer. All the original service history is in a folder, which comes with it.
It still has the complete original Honda toolkit, the owner's manual (handbook) and warranty & service book.
During the 12 years that I've owned it, it has always been garaged and as well as general servicing, oil and filter changes, it has had the following:-
Forks rebuilt, with new bushes and seals.
Tapered roller head bearings fitted.
New inlet manifold rubbers.
Recent carburettor strip and ultrasonic clean, with new diaphragms fitted, as they were just starting to split.
New front brake hose, which was an advisory on the last MoT, as well as brake fluid change, front and rear.
The battery (Yuasa) was replaced a couple of years ago and it doesn't lose any charge, even when sitting for a few months.
It's fitted with a Givi Wingrack and comes with Givi luggage - topbox and two panniers.
It has two keys, as well as keys for the luggage.
The bodywork is generally good, although there is some wear to the paint at the base of the tank, from contact with the seat. There are also some marks on the RH side panel and the panel behind it, below the seat. There is a tiny split in the seat cover (see photo) which is probably less than 10mm and could probably be glued.
It has Bridgestone Battleax tyres front and rear.
