Description
Citroën Méhari Azur style - Used
The Citroën Méhari is far more than a simple car: it is a true symbol of freedom and the French art of living. With its unmistakable ABS bodywork and laid-back spirit, it embodies the joie de vivre and bohemian vibe.
Popularised by Louis de Funès and his films where it accompanies the Gendarmes, it is the emblematic car of the Saint-Tropez brigade.
Our example is a Méhari from November 1974, type AYCA. It fully reflects the spirit of the model, light and designed for the pleasure of a stroll. It presents itself in an Azur style, highly sought-after, instantly evoking sunny beaches and holidays.
Unlike other models, this Méhari is homologated for four seats, a real asset for family or friends' getaways.
A Complete and Meticulous Restoration
Acquired in 2017, this second-hand vehicle benefited from a restoration in 2018, restoring its shine and reliability. This overhaul was carried out with quality parts, largely sourced from Méhari Club Cassis, the essential reference for enthusiasts of the marque.
