The Appeal

Lets not beat about the bush: Alfa Romeo's GT, in all its variants, is one of the greatest driver's cars of all time.  Form the crisp Giugiaro styling to the revvy, sonorous twin cam engine, these beautifully balanced cars are what the Alfa Romeo legend is all about.

This gorgeous '70 GT Junior is proof of all that.  Meticulously restored in 2023 at a cost of almost €30,000, it is utterly resplendent.  The work included an extensive mechanical overhaul, taking in an upgrade to the larger 1,600cc twin cam.  This motor is rated by enthusiasts as particularly alluring because of its mix of sweetest-revving dynamics and decent power.

The quality of the work is obvious from the photographs. The bodywork was thoroughly inspected and welded where necessary before being resprayed in its original colour.

Enthusiasts know that the cars to buy are the ones where someone else has put in all the effort.  This is just such a car, one that is usefully upgraded, finished to a very high standard and ready to twist the key and thoroughly enjoy.  Offered at a fraction of the price it would cost to buy and bring such a car to this standard.
