  • Fresh from comprehensive restoration
  • Factory correct 6cyl 2litre 914
  • Good history file with lots of records
  • Very rare and very smart early 914-6 with correct 911T engine

The Appeal

Before the Boxster, there was the 914, another mid-engined, ‘entry level’ Porsche designed to deliver a very different driving experience to the all-conquering 911.
A troubled gestation, plus Porsche’s refusal to cut corners, meant the 914 wasn’t as inexpensive as planned, which hampered sales. Enthusiasts are now rediscovering a car that is as distinctive and entertaining as a 911, albeit in different ways, but considerably rarer.
The one to have is the 6cyl 914-6 with the 109bhp engine from the 911T. Only 3,351 were built and this freshly restored French market car is one of the earliest. It is beautifully finished to a high standard in Ivory White with a contrasting black leather interior.
With no use since the work was completed it is in quite remarkable condition. 914-6s are both rare and in high demand and this has to be one of the best available.
