Probably the most famous roadster ever built, the MGB, sold for almost 20 years in more than 500,000 units, has gained cult status and is one of the most celebrated and collected vintage cars.

Agile, snappy and with an extremely engaging drive, thanks to the low and light bodywork that makes you feel at one with the road, the MGB refreshed the panorama of small two-seater sports cars in the early 1960s introducing a revolutionary and much-imitated formula.

With a new robust monocoque, a simple and refined design that recalls the grand tourers of the time and a comfortable, well-equipped and stylish interior, the MGB was the forerunner of a new generation of charming spiders with relatively low prices and very easy to maintain.

This beautiful Roadster was built in the last year in which the car was available with the chrome-plated steel bumpers, which make it particularly desirable and give it an irresistibly vintage look.

After being imported to Europe from Canada in good condition the bodywork has been repainted and the mechanics fine-tuned, while the underbody has received an anti-rust treatment to preserve it over time.

Repainted in its original iconic Signal Red, with a well-preserved interior and well maintained mechanics, this MGB represents a significant opportunity to make your own a very good example of one of the world's best known and loved cars in really good condition and ready to drive.

The original and well-preserved cockpit is very pleasant, with beautiful black seats in very good condition, as are the carpets and door cards, upgraded with wooden cappings.

The dashboard is shiny, intact and free from discolouration, showing just a light scratch on the central upper section.

Framed by the beautiful three-spoke sports steering wheel, the iconic instrument cluster, with its attractive vintage looking large circular Smiths gauges with chrome-plated frames, is clean and efficient.

All surfaces and chrome-plated details are intact and in very good shape.

The modern stereo system is discreetly integrated into the dashboard without spoiling the overall view.

Comfortable and cozy, the cockpit is both pleasantly classic and comfortably modern, with the gear lever close at hand and generous legroom.

With the familiar burble of the BMC four-cylinder engine in the background, driving the MGB is always fun and extremely engaging, thanks to the low and slightly outstretched driving position, the short and effective gear lever, the responsive steering and the respectable performance allowed by the lightness of the car and the good chassis.

With the roof down, every trip with this MGB becomes a celebration, full of forgotten and charming suggestions, scents and sounds.

This Roadster in very good condition allows us to better enjoy the many qualities of one of the most celebrated cars of all time, being able to rely on efficient mechanics and enjoying a pleasing passenger compartment and represents a truly unmissable opportunity for the enthusiast who wants to discover the charm of a real and pure roadster or relive the emotions of the past.
