The Attractions
While the advent of new BMW ownership would change the MINI as never before in the small car's history, it was soon clear that nobody wanted to give up the high-performance versions of the past. The John Cooper Works versions were introduced in 2002 and until 2005 had to be modified later by dealers or the JCW in West Sussex, England. The kit gave the Cooper S Supercharged 200 hp and this 2003 example is one of those early models that are becoming increasingly collectible as time goes on.
Further enhanced with a stainless steel sports silencer and a set of four new tyres, this is a truly beautiful example that is in fantastic condition overall. The seller informs us that it is complete with a valid overhaul and the road tax has already been paid, which means it is ready for the next owner.
