The Appeal

There are Mini Coopers and then there is the Cooper S. The classic name badge was brought back for the R50 but signalled something very different - supercharging. Boosting performance to 170bhp exploited the potential of the R50’s brilliant chassis, delivering one of the best hot hatches of the last 25 years.
These cars are so much fun that finding a good, unmolested example can be a challenge. Here is one - smartly finished in light blue metallic with tasteful Cooper S decals, it is pleasingly unmodified and has clearly been looked after. Even the mileage is low for a 20 year old car.
A recent full service and fresh MOT means it will arrive with the buyer exactly as required: namely, ready to drive and enjoy.
